Oversees program operations for people with disabilities: hires, supervises, trains staff; manages scheduling, budgeting, billing, compliance, case management, community liaison, and direct services. Conducts intakes, presentations, ensures safety and quality, and may act for manager or on special projects.

Coordinate and oversee program operations for people with developmental disabilities: staff recruitment, supervision, training, scheduling, case management, budgeting, billing compliance, community liaison, quality assurance, and safety. Provide direct services as needed, conduct intakes and presentations, and support agency planning and reporting.

Provide community-based group and individual support to adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Facilitate community participation, transport clients, implement behavioral interventions, complete documentation, advocate for consumers, coordinate programming, and act as a mandated reporter.
