Manages an employment, media, and community connections program serving people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Responsibilities include staff supervision and development, program planning, budget and grant management, quality and compliance oversight, business and service development, community partnerships, presentations, special projects, and direct service support. The role also develops program materials, supports safety initiatives, and travels to work sites across three counties.

Provides individual and group support to adults with developmental disabilities in community settings. Facilitates community participation, relationship-building, skill development, transportation, advocacy, and consumer-driven activities. Implements behavioral intervention plans, coordinates programming, completes documentation and incident reports, maintains professional relationships, and serves as a mandated abuse reporter. The role involves extensive local travel, physical activity, flexible scheduling, and independent as well as team-based work.

Provides community-based support and leadership for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Facilitates individualized activities, community participation, skill development, behavioral support, advocacy, and consumer safety. Leads curriculum and programming, assists with job development, scheduling, and staff training, completes required documentation, and serves as backup to the program coordinator. The role requires extensive local travel, transportation of consumers, collaboration with families and staff, and mandated abuse reporting.
