The Mover is responsible for preparing and transporting customers' belongings while ensuring superior customer service and handling items with care.

The Mover is responsible for preparing customers' items for transportation, ensuring careful handling, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to safety protocols.

Supervises branch accounts payable clerks and supports accounting operations. Audits and enters invoices, assigns expenses to general ledger accounts, imports and posts invoices, processes checks and ACH payments, prepares expense allocations, reconciles bank and clearing accounts, and posts selected driver commission transactions.

Oversee daily accounting operations including financial reporting, AP/AR, general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, tax filings, vendor management, and accounting policy development. Lead accounting staff, produce management financial reports, coordinate audits, analyze trends, and implement controls and process improvements.

Provide administrative support to management, dispatchers, drivers, and branch operations including phone/email handling, data entry, document review/filing, AP invoice entry, report preparation in Excel, and general office tasks.

The Mitigation Supervisor oversees mitigation projects, manages crews, ensures client satisfaction, and performs hands-on restoration work, coordinating schedules and project documentation.

The Coordinator manages the moving experience for customers, acting as their primary advocate. Responsibilities include facilitating service requests, coordinating logistics, maintaining communication, and ensuring proper documentation for all types of moves.
