Supervises branch-level accounts payable clerks and supports accounting operations. Audits and enters invoices, assigns general ledger accounts, imports and posts invoices, processes checks and ACH payments, prepares expense allocations, reconciles bank and clearing accounts, and posts transactions to driver commission statements.

The Coordinator manages the moving experience for customers, acting as their primary advocate. Responsibilities include facilitating service requests, coordinating logistics, maintaining communication, and ensuring proper documentation for all types of moves.

Provide administrative support to management, dispatchers, drivers, and branch operations including phone/email handling, data entry, document review/filing, AP invoice entry, report preparation in Excel, and general office tasks.
