The Coordinator manages the moving experience for customers, acting as their primary advocate. Responsibilities include facilitating service requests, coordinating logistics, maintaining communication, and ensuring proper documentation for all types of moves.

Provide administrative support to management, dispatchers, drivers, and branch operations including phone/email handling, data entry, document review/filing, AP invoice entry, report preparation in Excel, and general office tasks.

The Mitigation Supervisor oversees mitigation projects, manages crews, ensures client satisfaction, and performs hands-on restoration work, coordinating schedules and project documentation.
