Assignments involve NG-tube care with 10- or 12-hour shifts in the Dallas-area region.

Provide in-home nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients. The role requires current Texas RN or LVN licensure, healthcare-provider CPR certification, and reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.

Provides in-home nursing care to a medically fragile pediatric patient requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support. Coordinates care with physicians, family, and the interdisciplinary team; develops, implements, and documents care plans; follows infection-control and OSHA requirements; and maintains professional competency. Shifts include 7 a.m.–7 p.m. days, possible 14-hour day shifts, and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. nights.

Provides pediatric nursing care to medically fragile children in their homes. Coordinates care with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team; develops and documents care plans; follows infection-control and OSHA requirements; and maintains professional competency. Requires current Texas RN or LVN licensure, healthcare-provider CPR certification, reliable transportation, and valid auto liability insurance. Scheduled shifts are Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., plus flexible weekend shifts in Denton, Texas.

Provides in-home pediatric nursing care for a medically fragile one-year-old child with a G-button. Coordinates care with physicians, family, and the interdisciplinary team; implements and documents the care plan; follows infection-control procedures; and maintains professional competency and ethical standards.
