Teams at Hope Pediatrics

Provides in-home nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients, coordinates care with physicians and families, implements and documents care plans, follows infection-control procedures, and supports patient safety and quality of life. Assignments involve NG-tube care with 10- or 12-hour shifts in the Dallas-area region.

Provide in-home nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients. Coordinate care with physicians, families, patients, and the interdisciplinary team; implement and document care plans; follow infection-control and OSHA requirements; and maintain professional competency. The role requires current Texas RN or LVN licensure, healthcare-provider CPR certification, and reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.
