Lead HFNY's Hunger and Youth Collectives, manage a portfolio of nonprofit partners, coordinate shared technology and logistics, run network events, track outcomes and impact, and develop strategic plans to grow collective action across the nonprofit partner network.

Own a portfolio of 16–25 affiliate nonprofit partners: build deep relationships, conduct assessments and onboarding, drive partner growth, and connect organizations to grants, capacity-building, volunteers, and collective initiatives. Lead new partner outreach and vetting, support grant review and reporting, co-design capacity-building programs, manage affiliate communications and resources, and track partnership data in HFNY systems to inform strategy and coalition expansion.
