Manage daily operations, facilities, vendors, budgets, and a multi-site team. Oversee reception, maintenance, kitchen compliance (CACFP), volunteer coordination, inventory and donations tracking, vendor selection, and operational process improvement. Hire, train, coach staff and ensure regulatory and health department compliance across campus.

Provide in-classroom behavior support and coaching to Early Learning Center staff, develop Positive Behavior Support Plans, run social-emotional skill groups, use data and observation to identify interventions, train staff, and support families in trauma-informed care.

Greet and support guests, manage phone/visitor sign-in, coordinate volunteers, perform front-desk and building-management tasks, handle donations, complete administrative duties, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
