Manage daily operations, facilities, vendors, budgets, and a multi-site team. Oversee reception, maintenance, kitchen compliance (CACFP), volunteer coordination, inventory and donations tracking, vendor selection, and operational process improvement. Hire, train, coach staff and ensure regulatory and health department compliance across campus.

Lead development, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability of Hope House Colorado programs. Oversee program managers, volunteer program, partnerships, budgeting, data quality (Apricot), and staff development to meet teen-mom self-sufficiency goals and grant requirements.

Provide administrative and program support to the Economic Navigator, including data entry and tracking in Apricot, coordinating transportation and appointments, communicating with partners, supporting workshops/events and food bank distributions, preparing reports/spreadsheets, and maintaining participant confidentiality while assisting teen moms to access services.

Provide in-classroom behavior support and coaching to ELC teachers, develop Positive Behavior Support Plans, run social-emotional skills groups, conduct observations and data assessments, train staff and families in trauma-informed, research-based behavior strategies, and collaborate with intervention teams to support children ages 1–12 and their families.
