Supports daily campus operations through maintenance, repair work orders, event setup, light custodial work, inter-campus deliveries, and occasional assistance at other campuses. The role requires hands-on work, lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, flexible weekend availability for events, organization, a positive attitude, and alignment with the organization’s faith and mission.

Leads and coordinates worship services across multiple campuses, including service planning, song and arrangement preparation, rehearsal sessions, multitrack resources, volunteer communication, scheduling, and administrative oversight. Collaborates with pastors, music directors, production teams, and worship leaders to deliver consistent, engaging weekend, student, chapel, and special-event services. Supports volunteers through advance materials, vocal assignments, training, and musical development while managing ministry requests, purchases, inventory, and planning workflows.

Supports the Human Resources department through interview scheduling, job postings, onboarding, part-time payroll, benefits administration, employee communications, record-keeping, vendor payments, and HR system maintenance. Provides confidential administrative support to HR leadership, coordinates meetings and follow-up, and helps staff navigate HR processes, deadlines, and requirements. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace and HR-related systems.
