Teams at Hope Fellowship Ministries

Leads and coordinates worship services across multiple campuses, including service planning, song and arrangement preparation, rehearsal sessions, multitrack resources, volunteer communication, scheduling, and administrative oversight. Collaborates with pastors, music directors, production teams, and worship leaders to deliver consistent, engaging weekend, student, chapel, and special-event services. Supports volunteers through advance materials, vocal assignments, training, and musical development while managing ministry requests, purchases, inventory, and planning workflows.

Provides administrative and operational support to Worship, Production, and Video teams across multiple church campuses. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling rehearsals and events, coordinating meetings, tracking tasks and deadlines, handling receipts, contracts, inventory, orders, and expenses, and maintaining department systems and documentation. The role also communicates with staff, volunteers, vendors, and campus teams while supporting project timelines and ministry operations.
