Acts as the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, scheduling, phone and email communication, insurance authorizations, co-pay collection, chart maintenance, and basic imaging support (PACS). Primary contact for customers contacting the Customer Navigation Center. Schedule primary care and specialty appointments in the EMR, verify insurance and referral requirements, document inbound inquiries, assist MyChart enrollment/support, escalate time-sensitive or complex navigation needs, and provide caller feedback for follow-up.

Lead system-wide payor contract analytics across the contract lifecycle: modeling, forecasting, negotiation support, post-implementation performance monitoring, and analytic governance. Partner with contracting, finance, revenue cycle, and population health to deliver decision-grade insights, build analytics capabilities, and incorporate advanced analytics/AI while ensuring transparency, auditability, and standardized methodologies.

Provide direct critical care in an ICU: assess, monitor, administer medications and IV therapies, document, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, educate patients/families, precept staff/students, support evidence-based practice and stroke protocols.

Evaluate nutrition risk, perform evidence-based nutritional assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, document outcomes, provide patient and family education, serve as a nutrition resource to clinical teams, and participate in quality improvement and protocol development.

Perform diagnostic CT procedures under radiologist direction, including patient identification, positioning, contrast administration, image acquisition and QA. Lead risk event investigations, analyze liability, manage MIDAS risk database, support legal defense and claims, develop risk mitigation, provide training, and collaborate on patient safety and compliance initiatives.

Transport patients and materials across hospital areas using wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds. Maintain and sanitize transport equipment, document handoffs in EMR, follow safety/PPE protocols, and communicate clearly with patients and care teams.

Provide clinical education and training for Labor & Delivery and Couplet Care staff. Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based education, competencies, and quality improvement initiatives; mentor staff and collaborate with leadership on performance and regulatory compliance.

Lead sourcing, contracting, and value analysis teams across the health system. Develop and execute sourcing/contracting strategies, supplier relationships, contract compliance and audits, and system-wide standardization. Drive cost savings, chair task forces, and oversee staff hiring, performance, budgets, and policy compliance.
