Designs, deploys, maintains, documents, and troubleshoots WAN and LAN infrastructure, including switching, routing, wireless, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and related network systems. Monitors performance, investigates outages, implements upgrades and patches, supports IT projects, enforces network security policies, and provides customer support, mentoring, training, and on-call incident response.

Researches, develops, tests, documents, and supports Cisco UCS, VMware, virtual infrastructure, and virtual desktop technologies. Leads infrastructure projects, incident response, upgrades, patches, and on-call support. Mentors junior engineers, manages resources and budgets, develops processes and training, maintains documentation, and coordinates IT governance assignments while delivering customer-focused technical support.

Designs, deploys, and integrates secure Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure environments with existing infrastructure. Implements cloud-native security controls, monitors compliance, investigates and remediates complex security incidents, automates controls through CI/CD pipelines, and enforces regulatory requirements. The role also evaluates cloud security tools, documents best practices, collaborates with technical teams, and mentors junior security staff.

Manages strategic and operational healthcare initiatives from planning through implementation and sustainment. Coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, stakeholders, physicians, executives, and leadership groups. Develops workflows, monitors project performance, addresses deviations, supports regulatory and quality initiatives, and recommends corrective actions. Provide DBA II support for CTMS and other database platforms: incident/request intake, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backups, patching, scripting, and documentation. Participate in on-call rotation, mentor junior DBAs, support projects and IT governance, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet service objectives.

Designs, implements, administers, and troubleshoots Unified Communications/VoIP and PBX systems. Integrates UC with contact center, nurse call, telemedicine, AV, conferencing and messaging. Performs maintenance, capacity management, disaster recovery planning, documentation, on-call support, and mentors junior UC staff while completing IT project assignments.
