Abstract and audit low- to moderately-complex clinical records to capture data elements for registries, ensure compliance with standards, identify variances or outliers, enter findings into registry software, support QA audits, maintain productivity and competency in measure specifications, and communicate results to leads and stakeholders.

Register and admit ER patients during night shift: collect demographics, insurance, payments and signatures; scan documents; update ADT/electronic records; verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collaborate with clinical and revenue teams to ensure accurate, efficient patient throughput.

Provide Labor & Delivery nursing care including assessment, planning, medication/IV administration, monitoring, emergency interventions, patient/family education, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Precept new staff and support competency development while using evidence-based, family-centered practices to optimize maternal and neonatal outcomes on night shift at Shea Medical Center.

Serves as front‑line patient contact performing registration, insurance authorization, scheduling, chart maintenance, payments, basic imaging support (PACS), and clerical duties to support primary care operations.

Provide desktop/end-user computing support: design, configure, deploy and maintain OS images, patching, application packaging/deployment, SCCM, Active Directory, DNS/WINS, print and antivirus services. Troubleshoot and support EMR/Epic clients, manage tickets, create documentation/knowledgebase content, train staff, and participate in on-call rotation for off-hour incidents, upgrades, patches and project tasks.

Transports patients and materials across the hospital using wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds; maintains and sanitizes transport equipment; documents transports and completes handoffs; follows safety, PPE, and patient-identification protocols; uses EMR systems and company mobile devices; may perform dispatch duties.

Provide patient nutrition services including menu preparation, maintaining electronic nutrition records, processing diet orders, coordinating with kitchen and nursing staff, printing/labeling, assisting tray service, and obtaining patient menu selections using food service software.

Assist clinical laboratory staff by retrieving and preparing specimens, performing phlebotomy, processing samples, conducting instrument checks and maintenance, handling reference send-outs, stocking supplies, answering phones, and supporting clerical/data entry tasks. Assist with department-specific duties and training of new staff.

Provides nutrition care to hospital patients: maintains electronic nutrition records, processes and corrects therapeutic menus, prepares production tallies and reports, conducts telephonic menu interviews, coordinates between kitchen, tray delivery and nursing, sets up tube feedings and assists tray service, and applies patient-focused AIDET communication.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room: assess patients, implement and evaluate care plans, administer meds/IVs, collaborate with surgical team, precept staff, maintain documentation, and follow evidence-based standards. Evening shift with OR circulating responsibilities required.
