Provides inpatient bone marrow transplant nursing care on night shifts, including assessment, care planning, medication and IV therapy administration, blood product management, patient monitoring, education, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The RN evaluates outcomes, supports evidence-based practice, delegates care appropriately, and precepts staff and students.

Supervises physician-practice billing, collections, payment posting, and account reconciliation teams. Oversees staffing, training, productivity, quality, compliance, accounts receivable aging, collector assignments, customer complaint resolution, and coordination with clinics to address revenue-cycle issues.

Provides evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical and neuro patients, including assessments, care planning, medication and IV administration, monitoring, treatment, patient education, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The RN supports stroke care protocols, delegates tasks to nursing staff, evaluates outcomes, promotes patient safety, and contributes to professional development, mentoring, and quality improvement.
