Provide administrative and clerical support for the nursing department: handle communications, data entry, compile reports and presentations, manage staffing schedules, monitor attendance and licensure records, support patient/family requests, coordinate projects, and maintain supplies and equipment.

Perform CT diagnostic procedures under radiologist direction, manage patient positioning and safety, administer contrast, obtain and evaluate images for quality, operate RIS/PACS, perform QC and equipment maintenance, coordinate workflow and train staff as needed. Provide coverage across network locations and respond to contrast emergencies.

Acts as the department's first point of contact, handling telephone calls, patient registration, scheduling procedures, insurance authorizations, co-pay collections, chart maintenance, and basic imaging support (PACS). Maintains records, communicates with physicians/offices and billing, manages supplies, and supports patient workflow. Performs clerical and data-entry duties to ensure accurate patient access and scheduling.
