Designs, deploys, tests, documents, maintains, and troubleshoots WAN and LAN infrastructure, including switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and network services. The role monitors performance, investigates outages, implements upgrades and security policies, supports IT projects, and participates in after-hours on-call rotations. It also provides technical guidance, mentoring, customer support, and collaboration with architects and developers to improve network resilience and availability.

Researches, develops, tests, documents, maintains, and supports WAN and LAN infrastructure. Troubleshoots network, application, device, and access issues; manages incidents, deployments, upgrades, patches, and IT projects. Provides end-user support, root-cause analysis, escalation, documentation, customer communication, mentoring, and participates in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.

Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise Windows and Linux server platforms, hybrid Azure environments, identity services, certificates, patching, and configuration management. Develops automation with PowerShell and Python, supports incident response, security hardening, lifecycle upgrades, change control, documentation, and root cause analysis. Provides technical guidance to junior engineers, collaborates with vendors and business teams, participates in small projects, and supports after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
