Conduct coding audits, develop and deliver coding and documentation education for providers and coders, research coding regulations, ensure compliance with federal/state rules, identify reimbursement issues and process improvements, manage audit results and vendor relationships.

Evaluate nutrition risk, perform evidence-based nutritional assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, document outcomes, provide patient and family education, serve as a nutrition resource to clinical teams, and participate in quality improvement and protocol development.

Provide clinical education and training for Labor & Delivery and Couplet Care staff. Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based education, competencies, and quality improvement initiatives; mentor staff and collaborate with leadership on performance and regulatory compliance.
