People Operations Manager supporting managers and employees across care delivery and business teams during rapid company growth. Owns HR systems, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, performance processes, leveling, compensation infrastructure, audits, and multi-state policies. The role advises leaders, coaches managers, leads cross-functional people initiatives, supports employee experience, and builds scalable processes for a distributed workforce.

Supports seven senior leaders by managing calendars, meetings, inboxes, correspondence, interviews, and confidential information. Owns day-to-day NYC office operations, including vendors, building management, equipment, supplies, budgets, and an office move. Improves hybrid work experiences, supports retreats and events, partners with IT and People Ops, and ensures remote and in-office employees are well supported.

Build and optimize growth and retention features across a TypeScript backend and React frontend. Ship feature-flagged experiments, instrument patient journeys, analyze results, improve performance and accessibility, and maintain a high-quality consumer experience. Collaborate with product and design, review code, mentor engineers, and resolve patient experience incidents. The role is fully remote and supports a digital health platform.

Build and operate the platform supporting Honeydew’s digital dermatology product. Responsibilities include migrating data infrastructure to RDS, strengthening AWS security and compliance, standardizing logging, developing AI-assisted vulnerability remediation workflows, creating infrastructure and automation, supporting feature teams, and reviewing code. The role requires backend service and API development, platform security, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and strong data and architecture skills.

Designs and maintains secure, reliable data platforms, including relational data models, migrations, pipelines, monitoring, data quality processes, and self-service reporting access. The role protects PHI and PII through access controls, encryption, audit logging, and governance in a HIPAA environment. It also involves backend API development, code reviews, security reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring teams on data practices.

Owns Honeydew’s performance marketing engine, including eight-figure paid media budgets, channel strategy, spend allocation, measurement, CRO, creative testing, privacy-compliant tracking, and new channel launches. Manages paid search and media team members, partners with creative and product teams, and advises executives on forecasting, attribution, incrementality, CAC, and growth strategy. Success is measured by achieving target patient volume at blended CAC goals.

Edit performance marketing, organic social, UGC, and premium brand videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Create multiple hooks and versions optimized for retention, engagement, and conversion. Handle high-end post-production, including multicam editing, color, audio, sound design, motion graphics, and lightweight animation. Collaborate with creative and growth teams, apply performance feedback, manage assets and exports, and use AI tools to improve production speed and quality.

Own Honeydew’s accounting function by bringing outsourced work in-house, managing the full month-end and year-end close, maintaining the general ledger and AP, completing reconciliations, applying GAAP revenue recognition, strengthening controls, and documenting scalable accounting processes. The role also leads responsible use of AI and automation in accounting workflows while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Own product design end to end, from problem framing and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications. Build scalable design systems, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, conduct lightweight research and usability testing, and lead design reviews. The role requires startup experience, strong systems thinking, effective communication, and recent use of AI-assisted tools. Healthcare or e-commerce experience is a plus.
