Own product design end to end, from problem framing and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications. Build scalable design systems, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, conduct lightweight research and usability testing, and lead design reviews. The role requires startup experience, strong systems thinking, effective communication, and recent use of AI-assisted tools. Healthcare or e-commerce experience is a plus.
