Leads food product development from concept through commercialization across proteins, frozen desserts, side dishes, and condiments. Manages formulation, sensory testing, specifications, food safety, regulatory labeling, costing, plant trials, supplier and co-manufacturer partnerships, and technical collaboration with cross-functional teams. Oversees sensory programs, supports scale-up and continuous improvement, develops a direct report, and provides technical guidance to leadership and manufacturing partners.

Provides customer service to phone, catering, lunch, and retail customers; prepares food and retail products; recommends add-on sales; maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards; follows company, safety, security, and food preparation procedures. The role requires standing, bending, lifting, and other physical activities, including potentially lifting up to 65 pounds for ham production.
