Provides customer service to phone, catering, lunch, and retail customers; prepares food and retail products; recommends add-on sales; maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards; follows company, safety, security, and food preparation procedures. The role requires standing, bending, lifting, and other physical activities, including potentially lifting up to 65 pounds for ham production.
