Lead design and implementation of AI-assisted underwriting front-end UX, own cross-platform frontend and design system, establish frontend patterns and standards, mentor and recruit engineers, rapidly ship and iterate features, and collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to create explainable, auditable human-in-the-loop workflows.

Own and build internal infrastructure and agentic developer workflows to automate the SDLC and platform operations. Design agent-assisted build/review/test pipelines, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Improve the internal developer platform, prototype agentic automation, measure impact on velocity and reliability, and mentor/hire engineers.

Own and build the policy framework and runtime for an underwriting AI agent: author configurable, testable policies, create evaluation datasets and harnesses, maintain agent orchestration and guardrails, and lead/mentor engineers to ship reliable, production agentic systems.

You will contribute to our codebase, architect our platform, mentor engineers, and lead technical vision in real estate valuation technology.

Partner with the CEO to coordinate executive priorities, prepare communications and fundraising/board materials, evaluate partnerships, and use AI to automate G&A workflows while synthesizing company performance across functions.
