What you’ll do:This role is unique because it requires the ability to contribute directly to our codebase, extend and architect our platform with an eye towards growth, and mentor other engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience to set a broad technical vision, initiate its development, and strong leadership skills to unify a team behind its execution.
We build rapidly using React/Typescript, Golang, and Python on AWS. Our engineers work on entire products— everything from workflow engines, NLP and image processing, to building frontend data visualizations that help communicate results in an intuitive way.
What you’ll bring:Strong capabilities in full-stack development with deep backend experience
Ability to learn and master new programming languages and technologies
Experience mentoring engineers, running a development process, and building a culture that emphasizes responsibility, rigor, and collaboration
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Experience in scientific and numerical computing (e.g., numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch, jupyter) considered a plus
Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Go, Python, React/Typescript, Elasticsearch, and Docker and familiarity with machine learning concepts.
Residence in Rosario or Buenos Aires (Residence in Argentina is mandatory)
