Provides non-clinical support to residents and nursing staff in a care facility. Responsibilities include making beds, answering call lights, delivering water and meals, cleaning rooms and common areas, assisting with laundry, encouraging activities, documenting information, and reporting safety or care concerns. Requires patience, dependability, organization, clear communication, and adherence to safety and care procedures.

Prepares, portions, and serves meals; assembles trays and delivers meal carts; manages food and floor supplies; cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, equipment, and dining areas; disposes of refuse according to policy; and follows menus, standardized recipes, food-safety procedures, and FIFO standards while supporting resident satisfaction.
