Provide case management to a 1:25 caseload in permanent supportive housing using Housing First and harm reduction. Duties include service planning, referrals, crisis intervention, outreach, community-building groups, appointment accompaniment, documentation, and housing retention support.

Serve on executive team, manage HR team and HRIS, oversee labor relations and union contract administration, ensure compliance with California employment law, lead culture, talent, change management, benefits, payroll governance, and risk mitigation.
