Manages supportive housing site operations, including supervising and scheduling front desk clerks, training staff, enforcing policies, supporting resident certifications and records, collecting rent, processing notices, tracking maintenance, conducting inspections, responding to incidents and emergencies, and maintaining relationships with residents, vendors, agencies, and community partners.

Manages daily operations for a 140-unit supportive housing property, including resident relations, leasing, occupancy, compliance, rent and subsidy reporting, maintenance oversight, staff supervision, and emergency response. Coordinates with housing authorities, service teams, funding agencies, and organizational leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, well-maintained, and empowering residential environment. Provides after-hours on-call coverage and supervises property management, maintenance, desk clerk, and janitorial staff.
