Defines technical vision and roadmaps, analyzes complex business requirements, and designs scalable, secure, cost-effective architectures. Integrates cloud and emerging technologies, leads technical presentations, documents solutions, collaborates with development teams, identifies optimization opportunities, and mentors solution architects. The role focuses on enterprise integrations, customer data platforms, microservices, containerization, automation, security, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Maintains and troubleshoots analytics tracking across GA4, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager. Enforces tracking governance, validates experiment instrumentation, builds dashboards and reports, performs ad-hoc analysis, and ensures data quality across multiple brands and digital properties. Supports marketing, product, and business teams with reliable insights while improving tracking processes and analytics workflows.

Lead and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives including lifecycle email/SMS, paid creative production, website/landing page projects, social media, and educational content. Manage marketing calendars, vendor coordination, campaign launches, optimization, and testing while partnering with leadership and external partners to align channels with business priorities.
