Drive API-first modernization, payer and clearinghouse integrations, EVV and authorization workflows, automation and AI-enabled features, and measurable revenue cycle outcomes. Manage and grow a team of product managers and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, interoperable platform capabilities.

Own mid-market sales within an assigned territory: build pipeline, qualify and close new business, coordinate demos and RFPs, manage forecasts and Salesforce documentation, maintain executive-level client relationships, and represent the company at site visits and trade shows.

Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain modular ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM. Partner with platform owners and stakeholders to implement upgrades, integrations, automated workflows, and AI-enabled features while ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to ITIL/CSDM standards.
