Serve as liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal and AEs to draft, review, negotiate, and manage customer contracts and RFP responses; maintain DocuSign CLM and contract library; advise on risk and compliance; develop contract policies and streamline processes; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines for proposals.

Lead and develop a team of implementation trainers/consultants delivering Homecare Homebase EMR projects for multi-site home health and hospice clients. Manage multiple priorities, engage executives and cross-functional teams, and support sales through travel and client relationship building.

Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain modular ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM. Partner with platform owners and stakeholders to implement upgrades, integrations, automated workflows, and AI-enabled features while ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to ITIL/CSDM standards.

Own mid-market sales in assigned territory: build pipeline, qualify and close new business, manage complex sales cycles, coordinate demos and RFPs, produce forecasts, maintain executive client relationships, document activity in Salesforce, and participate in site visits and trade shows. Overnight travel required.
