Owns HubSpot administration for lead generation, lifecycle management, automation, Salesforce integration, data quality, campaign support, reporting, attribution, and user enablement. Builds and tests workflows, routing, scoring, dashboards, forms, and integrations while troubleshooting synchronization issues and improving operational efficiency. Partners with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and website teams to ensure accurate handoffs, reliable data, compliant automation, and trusted funnel and revenue reporting.

Oversee accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and audit support. Lead accounting staff, maintain US GAAP compliance, manage capital expenditure reporting, improve financial systems and processes, and collaborate with FP&A and operational teams. Support the VP of Finance with analyses, board materials, and special projects.

Leads Finance ownership of Zuora, overseeing billing, revenue processes, accounting integrations, month-end support, configuration, testing, controls, documentation, and continuous improvement. Coordinates Finance system implementations and integrations, translates business requirements, partners with IT and external consultants, strengthens governance, and drives cross-functional delivery. This senior individual-contributor role serves as the primary Finance subject-matter expert while enabling scalable, well-documented processes.
