Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Homeboy Industries’ Social Enterprises to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, traffic, sales, and revenue. Manage digital and traditional campaigns, email and SMS marketing, advertising, promotions, events, partnerships, content, and customer-facing platforms. Lead brand storytelling, coordinate internal teams and vendors, track performance metrics, and provide marketing reports and optimization recommendations.

Write, submit, and manage government grant proposals and contracts; ensure compliance and timely reporting; build and maintain relationships with city, county, state, and federal stakeholders; represent the organization in meetings; support advocacy, program teams, and highlight government partnerships to advance Homeboy Industries' mission.
