Lead and manage Homeboy IndustriesWorkforce Development department, designing and improving employment programs, supervising staff, building employer and community partnerships, ensuring grant compliance, tracking outcomes, and managing budgets to advance participant employment and career pathways.

Write, submit, and manage government grant proposals and contracts; ensure compliance and timely reporting; build and maintain relationships with city, county, state, and federal stakeholders; represent the organization in meetings; support advocacy, program teams, and highlight government partnerships to advance Homeboy Industries' mission.

Lead Homeboy's brand, marketing, and growth strategy, integrating fundraising and social enterprise efforts. Build multi-year go-to-market plans, oversee digital platforms and analytics, steward ethical storytelling, drive earned revenue and donor engagement, and recruit and mentor a high-performing marketing team while partnering with executive leadership.
