Summary Generated by Built In

The SE Marketing Specialist is a key creative and strategic member of Homeboy Industries’ Social Enterprise team, responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that bring the connection between Homeboy’s mission, people, and businesses to life. Working across a distinct portfolio of Social Enterprises, the Marketing Specialist will lead initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, drive sales, and support the continued growth and expansion of Homeboy’s businesses.

Working in close partnership with colleagues across Social Enterprise leadership, Marketing, Communications, Creative Services, and individual business teams, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies that advance business and organizational goals. The Manager will identify opportunities to reach new audiences, strengthen customer relationships, and translate the distinct personality and purpose of Homeboy’s Social Enterprises into compelling campaigns and cohesive brand experiences. This includes developing integrated marketing plans; identifying growth opportunities; leading digital and traditional marketing campaigns; overseeing email and SMS marketing, digital advertising, promotions, events, partnerships, and in-store marketing; and measuring campaign performance to drive meaningful business results.

While driving revenue growth and customer engagement will be primary focuses of the role, the Marketing Manager will also contribute to broader organizational marketing initiatives, cross-enterprise collaborations, and other strategic priorities as needed, ensuring that each marketing effort connects Homeboy’s Social Enterprises to its larger mission and movement of kinship and transformation.
