Supports residential interior designers by coordinating materials, vendors, samples, documentation, design studio displays, and technical drawing reviews. Helps integrate design workflows, catalogs, specifications, and documentation into Homebound’s Blueprint platform. Creates presentation materials, reviews renderings and redlines, maintains finish schedules, supports software implementation, and identifies process improvements across design operations.

Supports Homebound’s in-house legal team across contracts, real estate transactions, licensing, insurance, warranty claims, sales agreements, homeowner disputes, litigation, and land acquisitions. Partners with business teams and outside counsel across multiple states, manages numerous concurrent matters, and provides practical legal guidance during market expansion and daily operations.

Provides remote administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, event planning, project coordination, presentations, and cross-functional communication. The role manages confidential information, supports People Operations, and helps leaders stay organized in a fast-paced environment while using Google Workspace and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn; qualify inbound and outbound leads; schedule meetings for Account Executives; maintain Salesforce records and pipeline accuracy; and report sales activity. Provide in-person model home coverage, greet and tour prospective buyers, explain floor plans and personalization options, capture visitor information, maintain presentation standards, and support marketing events.

Own end-to-end product design for mobile and field-focused construction experiences powered by AI. Translate computer vision, multimodal models, and agent capabilities into clear, trustworthy interfaces with confidence indicators, uncertainty handling, and human-in-the-loop correction. Create polished interaction flows and visual designs, apply motion design where useful, collaborate with product and engineering, and communicate the company’s AI vision to executives, employees, board members, and investors.

Lead a small team of engineers to develop Homebound's platform, managing technical and people leadership responsibilities, including coding, mentoring, and project execution.

Sales Development Representatives engage potential home sellers and buyers through outreach, schedule meetings for agents, and qualify inbound leads to boost sales.
