Partner across construction operations, field teams, and engineering; define requirements, evaluation frameworks, experiments, and adoption metrics. Travel monthly to Texas to train users, drive rollouts, and build feedback loops.

Own end-to-end product design for mobile and field-focused construction experiences powered by AI. Translate computer vision, multimodal models, and agent capabilities into clear, trustworthy interfaces with confidence indicators, uncertainty handling, and human-in-the-loop correction. Create polished interaction flows and visual designs, apply motion design where useful, collaborate with product and engineering, and communicate the company’s AI vision to executives, employees, board members, and investors.

Underwrite on- and off-market single-family residential opportunities, coordinate diligence (zoning, utilities, taxes, easements, HOA constraints), align cross-functional assumptions, prepare deal summaries and KPIs, maintain comps and market dashboards, and assist with investment materials.

Lead a small team of engineers to develop Homebound's platform, managing technical and people leadership responsibilities, including coding, mentoring, and project execution.

Lead end-to-end product areas that improve build speed, cost accuracy, margin, and throughput. Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex financial and operational data products, integrate AI/ML into workflows, write precise requirements, instrument metrics, run experiments, and drive cross-functional outcomes with construction, finance, sales, design, and engineering teams.

Support Houston home sales by engaging buyers and agents, qualifying leads, scheduling showings, maintaining Salesforce CRM, processing contracts and closing paperwork, coordinating with lenders/title/teams, preparing reports, and assisting the Account Executive with market research and presentations.

Sales Development Representatives engage potential home sellers and buyers through outreach, schedule meetings for agents, and qualify inbound leads to boost sales.
