Create polished interaction flows and visual designs, apply motion design where useful, collaborate with product and engineering, and communicate the company’s AI vision to executives, employees, board members, and investors.

Underwrite on- and off-market single-family residential opportunities, coordinate diligence (zoning, utilities, taxes, easements, HOA constraints), align cross-functional assumptions, prepare deal summaries and KPIs, maintain comps and market dashboards, and assist with investment materials.
