Provide high-level administrative support to VP+ leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional communication, plan events and travel, drive moderately complex projects, improve processes, and assist with office and people-ops tasks in a fast-paced startup.

The Senior Associate will drive growth for the infill spec development program, manage projects, coordinate with teams, and track performance against targets.

Lead a small team of engineers to develop Homebound's platform, managing technical and people leadership responsibilities, including coding, mentoring, and project execution.
