Prepare, assemble, package, label, and inspect pizza products while operating food-processing equipment. Follow recipes, GMP, food-safety, and workplace-safety procedures; maintain equipment and sanitize work areas. Monitor materials, report defects or malfunctions, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. The role requires extended standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around temperature variations, noise, allergens, cleaning chemicals, and biological materials.

Coordinate candidate experience, schedule interviews, maintain ATS and Paylocity records, prepare offers and onboarding, support background checks and orientations, track recruiting metrics, and assist employee engagement and recognition programs.

Serve as a People Operations partner handling employee relations, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS data maintenance (Paylocity), compliance, investigations, training coordination, and process improvements. Support leaders, manage the myHR inbox, and assist recruiting during high-volume periods. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
