Supervises approximately 40 employees across food manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Oversees production schedules, staffing, labor efficiency, yield, OEE, inventory transactions, quality controls, regulatory compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coaches employees, manages attendance and performance, coordinates with warehouse, maintenance, FSQA, planning, and HR, and maintains accurate MES and ERP records.

Ensure food safety and product quality during evening production by monitoring HACCP, SQF, and GMP programs; conducting inspections, audits, sampling, sensory evaluations, and equipment validations; troubleshooting issues; evaluating plant conditions and storage; supporting training; and collaborating with Production, Maintenance, R&D, Marketing, Sales, USDA, and FDA representatives.

Leads sales planning, trade promotion analysis, forecasting, and commercial insights across grocery, convenience, and foodservice channels. Develops forecasts, evaluates promotional effectiveness and trade spend, builds dashboards, and presents recommendations to leadership. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy, inventory alignment, promotional ROI, and profitable growth. The role also drives process improvements, system enhancements, reporting automation, and team development.

Owns and optimizes the trade promotion and deductions platform from the IT side. Partners with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to gather requirements, design scalable D365 solutions, configure systems, develop Power BI and SSRS reports, and create scripts. Provides user support, training, documentation, governance, and change management while monitoring system performance and driving enhancements, upgrades, and adoption of D365 and Power Platform capabilities.

Manage company liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, debt obligations, borrowing-base and covenant reporting, reconciliations, interest projections, and treasury documentation. Partner with Accounting and FP&A on reporting and forecasts, coordinate state and business-use tax compliance, and develop financial models and process improvements. The role requires accurate financial analysis, independent ownership, strong organization, and collaboration with lenders, banks, accountants, and internal stakeholders.

Lead manufacturing and inventory accounting, product costing, month-end close, reconciliations, and inventory controls. Partner cross-functionally to analyze cost drivers, maintain ERP costing structures, improve cost transparency, develop operational finance reporting/KPIs, support budgeting/forecasting, and mentor a small team while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Develop, implement, and maintain PSM and RMP systems; lead PHAs (HAZOP, FMEA), MOC, incident investigations, and PSSR; ensure OSHA and EPA compliance; support ammonia refrigeration safety, training, audits, and risk-reduction projects.
