Supports day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and leave administration, payroll changes, records management, compliance, employee relations, recruiting support, reporting, engagement initiatives, and bilingual HR training. The role requires onsite attendance, English and Portuguese fluency, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, confidentiality, accuracy, and effective prioritization.

Leads sales planning, trade promotion analysis, forecasting, and commercial insights across grocery, convenience, and foodservice channels. Develops forecasts, evaluates promotional effectiveness and trade spend, builds dashboards, and presents recommendations to leadership. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy, inventory alignment, promotional ROI, and profitable growth. The role also drives process improvements, system enhancements, reporting automation, and team development.

Owns and optimizes the trade promotion and deductions platform from the IT side. Partners with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to gather requirements, design scalable D365 solutions, configure systems, develop Power BI and SSRS reports, and create scripts. Provides user support, training, documentation, governance, and change management while monitoring system performance and driving enhancements, upgrades, and adoption of D365 and Power Platform capabilities.
