Owns and optimizes the trade promotion and deductions platform from the IT side. Partners with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to gather requirements, design scalable D365 solutions, configure systems, develop Power BI and SSRS reports, and create scripts. Provides user support, training, documentation, governance, and change management while monitoring system performance and driving enhancements, upgrades, and adoption of D365 and Power Platform capabilities.

Own and optimize D365 Supply Chain modules across manufacturing and distribution operations. Gather requirements, design and configure ERP solutions, build Power Platform, Power BI, and SSRS outputs, and support integrations, migration, workflows, security, and data quality. Provide bilingual English/Spanish user support and training, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role supports multiple sites with regular travel between Massachusetts and Connecticut facilities.

Manage company liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, debt obligations, borrowing-base and covenant reporting, reconciliations, interest projections, and treasury documentation. Partner with Accounting and FP&A on reporting and forecasts, coordinate state and business-use tax compliance, and develop financial models and process improvements. The role requires accurate financial analysis, independent ownership, strong organization, and collaboration with lenders, banks, accountants, and internal stakeholders.
