Teams at Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services (HCS)

Processes accounts payable, including invoice coding, payments, vendor records, cash requirements, checks, and 1099s. Performs account reconciliations, journal entries, AP accruals, and supports accounts receivable, general ledger activities, reporting, audits, discrepancy research, internal controls, and process improvements. Maintains confidential financial records and provides administrative support to the Fiscal Department.

Coordinates executive support, Board and committee governance, meetings, agendas, minutes, communications, records, and organizational projects. Supports the President/CEO and senior leadership, manages confidential information, assists with process improvement and decision-making, maintains regulatory and licensure records, provides project training, and offers occasional reception coverage. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and familiarity with nonprofit Board governance processes.

Coordinates the Healthy Families America home visiting program, supporting fidelity, accreditation readiness, quality improvement, staff development, data reporting, and community partnerships. Maintains a family caseload, conducts home visits, develops individualized family plans, provides parenting and wellness education, completes assessments, and connects families with community resources. Requires collaboration with healthcare, education, and social service organizations while using data to improve program outcomes.
