Leads treasury management business development, selling depository products and services to prospective and existing commercial customers. Partners with relationship managers, advises clients on working capital and payment solutions, supports product strategy, and drives deposits and fee income. Responsibilities also include banking operations oversight, customer experience, risk and compliance governance, team development, KPI monitoring, budgeting, and strategic growth. Requires extensive treasury management sales and banking experience, strong regulatory knowledge, leadership skills, and relevant certifications.

Provides customer and administrative support for commercial banking activities, including loan documentation, closings, disbursements, portfolio management, deposit account opening, wire transactions, exception clearing, and insurance tracking. Assists Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, and the Market President while coordinating with customers, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, and internal departments. Requires commercial lending experience, banking knowledge, financial document interpretation, regulatory awareness, and proficiency with banking and office software.
