Manage sales territory for HVAC/R products, prospect and call on customers, negotiate pricing, prepare quotes/contracts, enter sales data, resolve delivery/product issues, attend trade shows, and meet territory sales targets.

Provide Tier 1 support for end users: troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals; respond via phone/email/chat/ticketing; set up/configure equipment; document tickets; coordinate vendor repairs; perform occasional on-site visits; contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Sell HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies across an assigned territory. Prospect and call on customers, demonstrate products, quote prices, negotiate terms, prepare sales contracts, manage customer data and reports, resolve delivery/product issues, attend trade shows, and meet territory sales targets.

Manage Mitsubishi VRF commercial and ductless product business within assigned territory. Drive sales growth, provide quotes and system design using Mitsubishi tools, cultivate customers, train and support outside sales and branch staff, liaise with vendor and internal teams, and contribute to market strategy and business development.

Coordinate and expedite eCommerce orders by communicating with branch locations and customers, sourcing equipment internally, reporting inventory and logistics needs, resolving order issues, and identifying growth opportunities to hand off to Business Development. Provide high-quality customer service and perform other duties as assigned.
