Develops sales and customer relationships within an assigned HVAC territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing accounts, demonstrating products, negotiating pricing, achieving sales targets, preparing quotes and contracts, entering customer data, resolving delivery or product issues, and attending trade shows. The role requires HVAC wholesale distribution sales experience, technical product knowledge, negotiation skills, and reliable transportation for territory travel.

Build and manage relationships with HVAC contractors through cold calling, territory travel, prospecting, lead follow-up, product recommendations, quoting, order processing, and CRM tracking. The role develops new accounts, supports customer service, participates in trade shows and local events, and completes a structured training program while working independently in the field.

Manage sales territory for HVAC/R products, prospect and call on customers, negotiate pricing, prepare quotes/contracts, enter sales data, resolve delivery/product issues, attend trade shows, and meet territory sales targets.
