Oversee operations in a facility and warehouse, ensuring quality shipping, team management, and process improvements while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Manages daily facility, warehouse, and production operations, including shipping, receiving, quality control, staffing, safety, scheduling, continuous improvement, and customer service. Supervises and develops front-line managers and hourly employees, coordinates shutdowns and contingency plans, resolves operational delays and complaints, supports recruiting and payroll, audits procedures, and drives Lean and Six Sigma improvements. The role also requires forklift operation and compliance with safety and security standards.

Perform and document quality audits and routines on the warehouse floor, coach team members on SHARP/processes, track performance variances, support trials and corrective actions, assist with performance reporting and continuous improvement, and work required shifts including overtime and weekend coverage.

The Safety Manager directs safety activities, ensures compliance with regulations, manages incidents, collaborates on safety policies, and oversees safety training.
