Oversee operations in a facility and warehouse, ensuring quality shipping, team management, and process improvements while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Lead and supervise daily recoup operations in a high-volume warehouse: evaluate and classify damaged product, manage carton inventory and COA/COR programs, coordinate rework and temporary labor, enforce safety and SOPs, train and coach team members, investigate damage, and compile operational reports.

Supervise daily recoup operations in a warehouse: evaluate and classify damaged product, manage carton inventory and returns/rework, assign and coach team members, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with inventory control and vendors, and prepare operational reports.

The Safety Manager directs safety activities, ensures compliance with regulations, manages incidents, collaborates on safety policies, and oversees safety training.

The Safety Coordinator conducts safety training, manages compliance documentation, oversees safety inspections, and coordinates maintenance while ensuring adherence to regulations.
