Teams at Holman Logistics

Manages daily facility, warehouse, shipping, receiving, production, staffing, quality, safety, and customer service operations. Leads supervisors and hourly employees through coaching, training, performance management, and recruitment. Oversees production schedules, continuous improvement, damage reduction, waste processes, shutdown labor plans, and operational audits. Requires warehouse and production leadership experience, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and forklift operation.

Operates forklifts and other lifting equipment to move, load, unload, and stack materials. Inspects product and packaging for damage, classifies merchandise, repackages appliances, repairs cartons, restocks supplies, and completes inventory, scanning, and documentation tasks. Performs routine equipment inspections and follows safety procedures. Requires reliable attendance, basic math and communication skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to work overtime during busy periods.

Coordinates Foreign Trade Zone shipments, inventory controls, customs documentation, regulatory reporting, and recordkeeping. Validates import data, researches inventory discrepancies, prepares reports, supports audits with U.S. Customs and the FTZ Board, and collaborates with operations and management. The role requires accurate paperwork, basic mathematics, analytical and communication skills, adherence to food safety and USDA protocols, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
