Coordinate customer orders from entry through delivery, communicate with sales, warehouse, transportation and purchasing, monitor inventory and order accuracy, resolve issues, support scheduling, reporting, and process improvement to ensure on-time fulfillment and high customer service.

Coordinate daily outbound shipments for foodservice and retail customers: create loads, schedule pickups, track carriers, communicate status with Sales/Production/Warehouse, document PODs, assist with issue resolution, and support after-hours coverage as needed.

Manage QA team and all food safety and quality programs for a poultry processing facility. Develop and maintain HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs; ensure USDA and SQF compliance; lead audits, investigations, training, and corrective actions; support new product and process improvements.

Manage and grow accounts across Northern VA, DC, and MD by introducing branded products, driving sales through customer visits and calls, handling orders and reporting, representing the company at events, and meeting sales and retention targets while providing strong customer service.
