Leads month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, financial reporting, fixed assets, payroll accounting, audits, budgeting, and GAAP compliance across multiple entities. Oversees general ledger and payroll teams, develops accounting policies and processes, partners with operations and finance leadership, drives process improvements, and coaches accounting staff.

The Senior Financial Analyst develops financial and operational reports, manages budgets and forecasts, analyzes variances, builds Excel-based models, and provides profitability and scenario analysis. The role partners with operations, sales, and department leaders to improve financial performance, reporting accuracy, and decision-making in a food manufacturing environment. Regular production-floor presence, operational validation, and occasional additional hours during close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and audit periods are required.

Develop and grow sales across the Baltimore and Washington marketplace by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, promoting fresh protein products, and achieving revenue targets. The role manages customer relationships, conducts in-person visits and presentations, prepares forecasts and sales reports, monitors market trends, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
