The Plant Controller partners with plant and finance leadership to ensure accurate inventory controls, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, plant reporting, and financial integrity. Responsibilities include reconciliations, cost maintenance, production-floor testing, month-end close support, budgeting, forecasting, root-cause analysis, and process improvement. The role requires regular collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, and Corporate Finance in a hands-on food manufacturing environment.
