Lead the development and growth of flood risk, drainage and climate resilience services. Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure, develop automation scripts, address security and backup needs, and document architectures. Install and upgrade systems, support service desk issues, manage mobile devices and application deployment, and provide technical guidance on Azure environments. The role also involves maintaining networking and security platforms, defining technical standards, and owning technical projects within a collaborative IT Operations team.

Conduct mechanical and electrical building-services surveys, condition assessments, technical due diligence, dilapidations support, and pre-acquisition inspections. Prepare client reports, advise on repairs, compliance, maintenance liabilities, reinstatement, and lifecycle requirements, and support lease-end and refurbishment projects. Collaborate with surveyors, project managers, and technical specialists while developing client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities.
