Leads regional cost management services for real estate and commercial property projects. Responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, team leadership, project performance, feasibility cost plans, tender pricing, cost appraisals, valuations, cost reporting, site meetings, benchmarking, billing, and WIP management. The role requires delivery of projects from feasibility through completion, adherence to health and safety procedures, and development of team capability.

Supports cost management for real estate projects across pre- and post-contract stages. Responsibilities include preparing feasibility estimates, cost plans, tender documents, valuations, cost reports, financial updates, benchmarking studies, and project records. The role involves site visits, project meetings, risk identification, billing and WIP administration, collaboration with project managers, and development toward RICS or SCSI chartership.
