Lead the development and growth of flood risk, drainage and climate resilience services. Lead regional cost management services for real estate construction projects, overseeing feasibility cost plans, tender pricing, post-contract valuations, cost reporting, billing, and WIP management. The role includes client relationship development, business planning, team leadership, project delivery, site meetings, business development, and recruitment planning. Candidates should hold a Quantity Surveying degree or MSc, be MRICS-qualified, and have experience delivering real estate projects from feasibility through completion.

Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure, develop automation scripts, address security and backup needs, and document architectures. Install and upgrade systems, support service desk issues, manage mobile devices and application deployment, and provide technical guidance on Azure environments. The role also involves maintaining networking and security platforms, defining technical standards, and owning technical projects within a collaborative IT Operations team.
