Leads a cannabis retail team by delivering a welcoming customer experience, coaching staff, sharing product knowledge, managing inventory and cash handling, overseeing opening and closing procedures, maintaining regulatory compliance, and identifying operational improvements based on product trends and customer feedback.

Build and manage client and distributor relationships, grow accounts, achieve sales goals, develop new business, resolve client issues, track sales performance, and represent cannabis brands at events. The role requires statewide travel, strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, sound judgment, enthusiasm for the cannabis industry, and a commitment to inclusive teamwork.

Maintain and optimize network infrastructure across multiple locations. Monitor performance, traffic, and security; troubleshoot connectivity issues and outages; manage firewalls, VPNs, hardware, firmware, and configurations; and maintain network documentation and topology diagrams. The role is 70% remote with 30% travel or on-site work and requires strong networking knowledge, Microsoft 365 experience, and problem-solving skills.
