Teams at Holistic AI

Configure and implement Holistic AI for enterprise pilots and production deployments. Translate customer requirements into product configurations and integration patterns, troubleshoot backend deployments, advise on architecture, document runbooks, and relay product feedback to Engineering and Product. Partner with Account Management on complex engagements and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across distributed teams.

Generate and qualify enterprise sales opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, campaign support, and discovery meeting booking. Maintain clean CRM records, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, provide market feedback, and refine targeting and messaging based on conversion results. Success is measured by qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.

Partner with account executives and customers to deliver enterprise AI governance demos, conduct technical discovery, scope and guide pilots, and demonstrate business value. Lead stakeholder workshops, collaborate with deployment, product, and engineering teams, gather competitive intelligence, and improve demo assets and pilot materials. The role requires clear communication with business, risk, compliance, and engineering audiences, strong organization, and occasional customer travel in India.
