Lead sales strategy and enablement for truck leasing and rental sales by designing scalable processes, incentive programs, dashboards, and workflows. Oversee Salesforce and sales technology adoption, deliver analytics and forecasting, align sales with Finance/Operations/Procurement, manage onboarding and training, and drive performance improvements. Role requires travel and supports executive decision-making.

Provide technical assistance to local and remote users: troubleshoot hardware/software, install and configure systems, update and close help‑desk tickets, create training materials, perform diagnostics and minor repairs, and participate in after‑hours on‑call support.

Perform preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, diagnostics and repairs on tractors and trucks including brakes, electrical, clutches, HVAC, steering, wheels/tires, and related components. Remove and replace parts, road test vehicles, and use welding and cutting tools as needed in a shop environment.

Maintain and update customer insurance records and certificates of insurance (COIs); communicate with customers, brokers, sales, and AR/Credit to obtain and correct COIs; monitor expirations and escalate issues; enter COI and account data into systems and document imaging tools; evaluate insurance override requests and obtain commodity approvals when required.
