Executes integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, events, sponsorships, and print. Manages email segmentation, automation, campaign performance, brand consistency, CRM and marketing automation systems, agency relationships, vendors, and promotional materials. Partners with field teams and leadership to identify marketing opportunities, analyze ROI, and support growth across business units.

Assists a lead installer with blown-in attic insulation, residential duct cleaning, attic inspections, material handling, job-site preparation, vent cleaning, and equipment maintenance. The apprentice learns safe installation and air-quality techniques while working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and varying weather conditions. Responsibilities also include communicating courteously with homeowners, maintaining vehicles and tools, following OSHA guidelines, and supporting a two-person service crew.

Leads residential and light commercial insulation and duct-cleaning projects, supervising an apprentice, installing insulation, inspecting attics and ductwork, operating specialized equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards, educating homeowners, and managing vehicles, tools, and inventory. The role helps launch and grow a new service division while delivering projects efficiently and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
