Drive and execute integrated marketing initiatives across email, digital, direct mail, events, and partnerships. Liaise with field teams, manage brand consistency, vendor/agency relationships, CRM/automation (ServiceTitan, Netic), analyze campaign performance, and support community and event activations.

Serve as primary point of contact between customers, field staff, dispatch, and warehouse to schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and installations. Maintain scheduling documents and customer accounts, enter maintenance agreements and jobs in ServiceTitan, coordinate parts and permits, manage hold-job resolution, collect payments when applicable, and back up dispatch. Ensure timely communication and quality customer experiences.

Serve as a hands-on HR partner for assigned business units supporting field and office teams. Lead new hire orientation and training, coach managers on performance and employee relations, conduct investigations, manage leave (FMLA/ADA) and workers' comp intake, maintain HRIS records, and support engagement and development initiatives.
