Coordinates architecture and engineering project administration across the full project lifecycle. Maintains project plans, schedules, deliverables, documentation, quality records, and financial tracking. Supports proposals, contract compliance, cost reconciliation, project controls, and stakeholder communications. Provides leadership, coaching, staffing coordination, timecard approval, and performance support while assisting project managers on complex infrastructure and federal projects.

Supports PMIS and BI implementations for infrastructure and capital programs. Gathers requirements, configures project controls workflows, develops dashboards and reports, manages data integrations and governance, documents procedures, trains users, and provides system support. The role translates business and project requirements into scalable technology and analytics solutions using PMIS platforms, SQL, ETL, data warehouses, Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.

Supports project controls and assigned departments under close supervision by preparing reports, tracking results, analyzing data, coordinating with teams, conducting research, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with special projects.
