Leads roadway engineering design and delivery for a major TxDOT infrastructure program. Serves as discipline lead and subject matter expert, develops calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications, coordinates with clients and design consultants, manages scope, schedules, budgets, and work distribution, and mentors junior engineers. Supports project coordination, proposal development, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary problem solving for complex transportation projects.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering projects for HNTB’s TxDOT IH35 CapEx Central program in Austin. Manages project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, technical delivery, client communications, design coordination, proposals, staffing, and risk management. Serves as a primary client liaison and coordinates internal teams, consultants, TxDOT, and FHWA. Oversees complex infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Coordinates project planning, staffing, schedules, documentation, deliverables, quality reviews, and stakeholder communications. Supports project managers with technical editing, proposals, contract adherence, financial tracking, budgets, and project closeout activities. Maintains project filing systems, monitors project progress, prepares reports, and assists with office operations. May mentor earlier-career staff while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
