Manage engineering projects through full lifecycle: develop scope, proposals, contracts; control budget, schedule, technical deliverables; lead teams; coordinate stakeholders; mentor staff; support business development and proposal efforts for strategic and mini-mega projects.

Responsible for producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications. Consults with project managers to perform research, design, calculations, and delivery. Manages discipline-specific work planning, schedule and budget adherence, coordinates technical aspects with clients and partners, mentors junior engineers, assists in proposal development, and develops conceptual and detailed designs using current drawing and technical tools.
