Lead design efforts for medium-to-large transit architectural projects: interpret client goals, prepare and present design concepts, coordinate consultants, estimate and manage work, ensure code compliance, mentor staff, and deliver construction-ready design documents using advanced BIM and visualization tools.

Lead daily and monthly treasury accounting, cash management, forecasting, and modeling. Monitor debt covenants, analyze cash fluctuations, support capital planning, prepare executive and board-level reports, mentor junior staff, and lead treasury-related special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Assist project teams with design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, specifications, quantity/cost estimates, data collection, field investigations, and administrative support to deliver transportation and infrastructure projects.
