Provide basic business analysis and system configuration for project management tools: gather requirements, document procedures, build workflow diagrams, develop training materials, support training and low-complexity system administration, and assist senior analysts on projects.

Prepare construction details, design plans, and exhibits using computer-aided drafting and design software. Transfer survey and legal data into final plans, develop automated drafting procedures, identify errors, evaluate drafting tools, and visualize designs in 2D/3D.

Lead full lifecycle engineering projects delivering scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Develop proposals/contracts, manage technical design deliverables, supervise and mentor project teams, serve as primary client liaison, support business development, and ensure risk/change management. Role requires extensive stakeholder coordination and 50% travel.
