Design, implement, and optimize large-scale data processing on Databricks and Spark. Build ETL pipelines, integrate data across AWS services (Redshift, RDS), orchestrate workflows with Airflow, and ensure data warehousing and engineering best practices. Lead and mentor development teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data strategy and execution.

Develop, deploy, and maintain InterSystems IRIS/Cache applications and complex HL7 interfaces (SDA, CCDA, JSON). Implement CQ Initiator/Responder workflows, support IRIS in Kubernetes (IKO), use adapters (SFTP, HL7, HTTP), troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate across teams.

Manage and support PACS/RIS and enterprise imaging environments onsite. Lead and coordinate a team of technical consultants, act as primary contact for radiologists and clinical staff, handle incidents and service requests, and ensure adherence to DICOM, HL7, and imaging protocols.
