We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Databricks Developer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize large-scale data processing systems on Databricks, ensuring efficient data flow and seamless integration across platforms. You will work cross-functionally with other data professionals and business stakeholders to drive our data strategy and execution.
Years of Experience RequiredMinimum 7+ years in data engineering or related field
At least 3+ years hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
SQL (advanced)
Python / PySpark (proficient)
Strong background in ETL, data warehousing, and big data technologies
AWS Cloud experience, including Redshift and RDS
Databricks Lake experience
Experience using Apache Airflow for orchestration
Strong knowledge of data engineering best practices
Proven ability to lead development teams
Strong mentorship and project management skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams
