Manage project billing operations for consulting engagements: maintain project and contract data in the ERP, execute high-volume and complex invoicing, monitor WIP and AR, resolve billing disputes, ensure compliance and documentation, produce billing reports, and support team coverage and billing process improvement.

Act as first point of contact for routine people queries, support People Business Partners, and assist with French translation and Canada-specific compliance and payroll/leave matters.

Provide advisory services for large-scale infrastructure programmes: lead programme and project management, design delivery models, set up governance, monitor performance, manage project controls and risk, develop procurement and contracting strategies, lead tendering and contract negotiations, build client relationships, and drive business development across Southern Africa and international markets.

Manage General Ledger, multi-entity consolidations, month-end close, payroll (multi-state for 300+ employees), and high-volume AP. Lead two direct reports, support audits and compliance (GAAP/IFRS), implement systems (Navan), drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to present financial reporting to leadership.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, process employee expenses and electronic banking across countries, prepare month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations, reconcile sub-contractor invoices and margin analysis, assist Financial Controller with weekly/monthly reporting, and support annual audit and ad hoc finance requests.

Lead forensic accounting and valuation work supporting litigation: perform damages analyses, build complex financial models, draft expert reports, conduct data-driven investigations, communicate findings to clients and support business development.

Provide planning, programme analysis, and technical support for a major construction/engineering project. Review programmes, conduct critical path and performance assessments, identify risks, support claims/variations, produce stakeholder reports, and collaborate with disputes and advisory teams to improve project outcomes.

Provide day-to-day HR support for U.S. and Canadian employees with a California focus: onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits and leave administration support, reporting, engagement activities, policy/compliance tracking, and People process documentation. Act as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and support People Business Partners on administrative workflows to improve employee experience.
