Provide day-to-day HR support for U.S. and Canadian employees with a California focus: onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits and leave administration support, reporting, engagement activities, policy/compliance tracking, and People process documentation. Act as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and support People Business Partners on administrative workflows to improve employee experience.

Lead complex infrastructure advisory engagements across mining, energy, utilities, renewables, and government. Provide strategic and risk-based advice on project delivery, governance, cost, schedule, and performance; advise clients and stakeholders; build senior relationships; identify business development opportunities; and support the growth of HKA’s Australian advisory practice and team capabilities.

Join HKA’s PMO team supporting a major Sunshine Coast infrastructure program. Responsibilities span project controls, cost management, planning, scheduling, risk, governance, reporting, change control, and document management. The role requires experienced professionals who can support forecasting, decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance across complex multidisciplinary projects. Candidates will help establish and strengthen PMO frameworks, controls, and governance while working with project leaders, delivery partners, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
