Supports the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring accounts and engagement, responding to basic messages, researching trends and hashtags, developing content calendars, preparing captions and promotional content, compiling basic performance reports, and maintaining consistent branding across platforms.

Provides remote technical support through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots basic computer, software, internet, password, and account-access issues; installs and configures software; documents resolutions; escalates complex problems; and delivers friendly assistance to employees and customers.

Provides remote customer support through phone, email, and live chat; answers product and policy questions, resolves complaints, processes account and service requests, maintains customer records, and escalates complex issues. The role requires strong communication, patience, problem-solving, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet service and satisfaction targets independently.
